Working Papers: To obtain your working papers, please email the following documents (scanned or picture) to Ms. Cameron at [email protected]. The completed working papers card will be mailed to your home.
- Working Papers Application (Part 1 completed and signed)
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- Social Security Card
- Doctor's note stating student is in good physical health to work.
