Parent-Teacher Conferences



Dear AFSE Families,

Spring Parent Teacher Conferences for this semester will be held on the following days:

  • Thursday, November 21, from 5:30 – 8:00 PM (All students)
  • Friday, November 22, from 1:00 – 3:30 PM (All students)

You are invited to the school on either day to speak with your students’ teachers about his or her academic progress, including strengths and areas for growth.  We want to ensure that these conferences allow for clear communication about the progress (academic and social/emotional) of your student toward grade level priorities and graduation requirements by reviewing academic progress. We urge students to attend conferences to lead the conversation on their academic progress.

In order to ensure that conferences are structured and productive, we are asking that ALL parents schedule appointments with teachers prior to conferences. If appointments are not scheduled prior to conferences, you will be asked to schedule upon arrival for remaining appointment times, which may be booked or limited. If a class has more than one teacher, you should only meet with one of the teachers per class.  Please see instructions for scheduling an appointment below

We are here to support your student(s) and will continue to work hard to ensure his or her success.  If you have any questions or need assistance scheduling an appointment, please feel free to contact your students’ advisor or Ms. Cameron.  We are delighted to have you attend the Fall Parent Teacher Conferences and thank you for your support.


Instructions on how to register for PTC

Please follow the instructions below and use your student’s Fall Schedule (enclosed) to set an appointment with up to four (4) of your student’s teachers. 

  1. Visit this website:

Enter username and password. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.

Parent Username: Student ID # (this can be found on students’ schedules, ID card, Jumprope, and transcripts)

Parent Password: afseparent

After signing in, you may be prompted to enter your email address.

Please note: We only registered one parent per student, if parents would like to schedule appointments separately, please contact Ms. Cameron for registration information – DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.

  1. Click Add Meeting.

  1. Click Fall 2019 Parent-Teacher Conference.

  1. Choose the teacher(s) you wish to schedule appointments with.
