Manhattan District Attorney’s 2025 High School Internship Program

We are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for the Manhattan District Attorney’s High School Internship Program! This rigorous five-week internship provides students with an insider’s view of the criminal justice system. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in workshops and discussions, participate in a mock trial program, develop professionalism in an office setting, and more. Interns will be paid minimum wage (16.50/hr).

Applications opened on January 13, 2025, and will close on March 12, 2025, at 5 pm EST. To be eligible for this program, students must currently be in 10th, 11th, or 12th grade and reside in Manhattan.

Application Requirements:

  • a one-page resume
  • a 300-word essay discussing your interest in criminal justice (for example, you may submit an essay discussing what “one standard of justice for all” means to you)
