The exhibition invited young artists to reflect on the theme of Civic Engagement and express their ideas through creative visual storytelling.
Our students chose to focus on the topic of jury duty, exploring the vital role that everyday citizens play in the judicial system. Through the use of symbolism, imagery, and text, they created artwork that highlighted the importance of diverse voices serving on juries and contributing to fair and impartial decision-making. Their pieces emphasized how civic participation extends beyond voting and community service, demonstrating that jury service is a powerful way individuals help uphold justice and strengthen democracy.
