Mr. Joel's Bio

Mr. Joel Peguero is a full-time paraprofessional at AFSE. He is passionate about supporting students in their academic and personal growth and enjoys helping them build confidence and reach their goals.

 

Before beginning his career in education, he spent over a decade working in the music industry as a sound engineer. That experience strengthened his creativity, communication skills, and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

 

Outside of school, he enjoys reading, learning new things, creating content, and exploring topics such as mathematics, philosophy, and current events. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree and is excited to continue growing as an educator. He is proud to be part of the AFSE community and looks forward to making a positive impact on the lives of students.
