AFSE's AP Biology Students took a trip to the Harlem DNA Lab as part of their research experience. Each lab is inspired by techniques and tools currently in use by research scientists. Our AP Biology Junior students had the opportunity to take part in a bacterial transformational experience where they transferred E.Coli Bacteria that are resistant to Ampicillin to glow green.
