AFSE Weekly Family & Students Priorities: 09/12 - 09/14

Action Item #1 (All Students): If students have any questions regarding their class schedule, they must do the following:
  1. Meet with their advisor to review their schedule. Advisors will be able to answer the most questions.
  2. If there are specific requests, advisors must complete the Programming Questions/Recommendations form on behalf on the student. We cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled, but students will receive a response by Thursday, September 20th
The Programming Questions/Recommendations form will close on Thursday, September 13th at 2:20pm. We will not accept any more class schedule requests after that time.
Action Items #2 (All Students): Students will receive forms to be filled out by a parent/guardian. These forms might include emergency contact card, health center consent form, media consent form, student contract, and others.
Action Items #3 (12th Grade): We are proud to announce our Class of 2019 Senior College Night. AFSE along with the iMentor program invites you to join us on Thursday, September 20th, from 5:45 to 7:15 to get information on the college application process and collaborate with your student's Mentor. College night will feature a Q&A session and dinner.
Moreover this is a great opportunity to get to know the AFSE college team Ms. Zeitlin-Mellor, Mr. Nuñez, and our iMentor Director Ms. Kennedy.
If you have not already done so, please bring a copy of your 2017 tax return .
If you have not  received a phone call from Ms. Cameron, please be sure to update your contact information on the emergency contact card that students will receive next week.
